Elaina serves as Senior Managing Director of Leadership and Strategy for
Fahrenheit Creative Group. LLC. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in various marketing, public relations, and fundraising leadership roles for local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Elaina graduated from Belhaven University with an undergraduate degree in Mass Communications and a Master of Science in Management. She received a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Elaina has led national conversations on nonprofit communications strategy and how to bolster communications campaign efforts on a limited budget. She has earned an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) certification, and Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership.
